We are looking for a proactive and independent Senior Manual QA Specialist who will own test coverage for complex product areas, work closely with development and product teams, and contribute to raising the quality bar across releases. This role is for for a hands-on professional who brings strong testing expertise, takes initiative, and thrives in a collaborative, process-driven environment.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance on SaaS or B2B web products
Hands-on experience with functional, integration, end-to-end, and UI testing
Knowledge and hands-on experience applying test design techniques — boundary values, equivalence partitioning, decision tables, pairwise testing, etc
Maintaining test documentation at all stages of testing, from planning to reporting
API testing experience using Postman or SoapUI
Strong understanding of client-server architecture of web applications, web technologies and protocols: HTTP, RESTful APIs, JSON, cookies, and sessions
Basic SQL knowledge
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher (mandatory)
Strong communication, collaboration, and ownership skills
Responsibilities
Design and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios ensuring thorough coverage of functional, edge case, and business logic scenarios
Perform various types of testing including smoke, regression, functional, exploratory, integration, and UI testing
Identify and report defects and issues in product behavior
Own test documentation across all stages — from test planning and execution to reporting and traceability
Identify gaps in test coverage and propose improvements to QA processes and practices
Would be a plus
Comfortable using AI tools to support testing workflows
Basic Git knowledge
Experience with automated testing
Record of working in a product-based environment
Computer science degree or similar educational background
