Head of Marketing

We are looking for an exceptional Head of Marketing to join our leadership team and spearhead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing, a passion for growth, and the ability to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Mission:
Build and lead a high-performing marketing function that drives scalable product growth through data-driven initiatives across all key areas - brand and positioning, demand generation, retention, website & content, and in-app marketing, and eventually turning Dripify into an industry-leading B2B SaaS brand.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 2 years in a Head of Marketing or equivalent leadership role
- Proven experience operating in a product-led growth environment, with deep understanding of trial-to-paid conversion, activation metrics, and lifecycle marketing
- Strong strategic and hands-on experience across SEO, paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta ads, LinkedIn Ads, Capterra, and more), content marketing, and email/lifecycle campaigns
- Strong understanding of up-to-date SEO strategy and emerging AI-driven search discovery
- Experience building and scaling a content engine, including YouTube, SEO content, landing pages, lead magnets, ideally with AI-assisted production workflows
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience defining marketing metrics, working with data engineers, and building or overseeing BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Experience building, managing, and developing marketing teams, including hiring, performance management, and identifying capability gaps
- Demonstrated ability to audit underperforming functions and turn them around, whether channel, role, or process
- Exceptional taste in brand, design, and creative — able to evaluate and direct visual identity, landing pages, ad creatives, and content quality
Responsibilities:
- Own the full marketing function end-to-end, including demand generation, SEO, content, paid acquisition, email and lifecycle marketing, partnerships, product marketing, and brand
- Define and execute the company’s marketing strategy across key areas including brand positioning, acquisition, content, partnerships, product marketing, and retention.
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team with clear ownership across branding, paid acquisition, SEO, content, partnerships, analytics, and product marketing
- Build and oversee a high-output content engine covering SEO content, YouTube, landing pages, lead magnets, and ad creatives - with clear editorial calendar, production workflows, and quality standards
Lead SEO strategy and execution, including AI search visibility, ensuring the function delivers measurable organic growth and is resourced appropriately
- Oversee and improve the paid acquisition function, bringing strategic structure to Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other campaigns, with clear ICP targeting, ROAS tracking, and a continuous testing framework
- Own email and lifecycle marketing strategy, including onboarding sequences, trial nurturing, re-engagement, and upsell flows, with performance tracked against conversion and retention metrics
- Lead the affiliate and partnership team, moving beyond pure affiliate toward strategic co-marketing and distribution partnerships
- Collaborate with Product on in-app marketing improvements, including messaging, upgrade flows, and feature discovery tactics
Drive measurable improvement in trial acquisition, trial-to-paid conversion, and expansion revenue through coordinated efforts across all marketing channels
- Work with the data engineer to improve marketing analytics infrastructure, ensuring full-funnel visibility, attribution modeling, and channel-level ROI are tracked and reported regularly
- Continuously improve marketing efficiency through optimization of landing pages, messaging, campaigns, and conversion funnels.
- Own the marketing budget, allocating resources based on performance data and continuously optimizing the channel mix
