We’re looking for an Outbound Growth Representative who will own this engine end-to-end - from infrastructure setup (domains, mailboxes, LinkedIn accounts) to outreach strategy, copy, testing, and lead generation performance.
This role is strategic + hands-on. You'll build the infrastructure from the ground up, write and test the messaging, manage the tooling and account ecosystem, and iterate relentlessly until outbound becomes a predictable source of qualified leads, while the Sales team focuses on larger, mid-market and enterprise accounts.
You will define how Dripify shows up in cold outreach at scale - owning all SMB lead generation efforts end-to-end.
This is a remote-first, high-impact role with direct influence on revenue generation and the opportunity to build a serious outbound function as the company grows.
Requirements
3–6+ years of experience in outbound sales / SDR/BDR / lead generation / growth.
2+ years experience working in B2B SaaS industry.
Proven experience with cold outreach via LinkedIn and email at scale.
Strong understanding of email infrastructure: domains, mailboxes, warm-up, deliverability, spam avoidance.
Experience managing or working with multiple LinkedIn accounts (including scaling outreach safely).
Hands-on experience with A/B testing outreach campaigns (angles, copy, targeting).
Strong copywriting skills for cold messages and sequences.
Analytical mindset: ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
Experience working with SMB segments (high-volume outreach).
Strong organizational skills — ability to manage multiple campaigns, assets, and experiments simultaneously.
High ownership and execution speed.
Responsibilities
Develop and continuously refine the outbound strategy: ICP definition, channel prioritization, messaging angles, and sequencing logic.
Build and manage the full sending infrastructure from scratch: domains, DNS configuration, mailbox warm-up, rotation schedules, and volume management.
Manage a portfolio of LinkedIn accounts - monitoring health, profile content, activity limits, and more.
Design and run multi-channel outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn) targeting SMB accounts.
Write outreach copy (cold emails, LinkedIn messages, follow-up sequences) and continuously iterate based on performance.
Build and maintain a structured A/B testing engine with clear hypotheses, single-variable tests, and documented learnings.
Own list building and segmentation - sourcing, cleaning, and enriching leads using Sales Navigator and other tools you might need.
Own all SMB outreach efforts end-to-end, from first touch to sale.
Track and report on core metrics: positive reply rate, free trial rate, and pipeline generated.
Ensure LTV of customers acquired through outbound consistently exceeds the cost of running it.
Maintain a clean qualification and handoff process to the Sales team, who handle larger ABM and enterprise accounts.
